WHAT IS A STANDARD ENTRY OFFICER?

Standard entry officers, are people who plan to start their officer training at Sandhurst straight from secondary education, from higher education or from employment, without following Welbeck, Scholarship or Gap Year routes.

Regular officers are full time officers, who usually live and work on military bases. As an officer you'll be leading from the front and caring for your soldiers, after completing your training at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.
