How do I reset my password?
Click here to reset  (it can take up to 30 mins for new password to come through)

Passwords must be between 8 to 15 characters long and must include at least:

  • 1 Upper case letter
  • 1 Lower case letter
  • 1 Number
  • 1 Special Character

Please do not attempt to log in before receiving confirmation of the password change. You will be sent confirmation via email. Also please note it can take up to 30 minutes for your password to be reset.

If this does not work, please send screenshots of your Candidate Portal displayed on a laptop or desktop and a brief explanation of the issue including any error message, to the Contact Team. This will then be reported to the Programme Team who will investigate and attempt to resolve the issue.

How do I access my tasks?
From your dashboard page you should be able click on your tasks. If you cannot click on a task directly, please check in your messages for the original link and click on this. If a problem persists, please call in on 0345 600 8080

How do I change my contact details?
To change your contact details please click on the Settings Cog on the top right of your dashboard, then go to the Contact and Marketing option and you will be able to update your details. Remember to save the new details.

My security question is telling me the answer is wrong
Please call 0345 600 8080 for one of our advisers to issue a link to reset this.

What is my URN and where can I find it?
URN - this is your Unique Reference Number on the Army database; please quote it when contacting us in the future so that we can easily identify your application record.

  • Enter the Candidate Portal Dashboard
  • Look across the top right of the page for a Settings Cog Icon
  • Click the Icon and scroll to the end option of the drop-down list
  • Click Candidate Reference Number

I am having problems submitting my education, what should I do?Please try the following advice; Completely delete everything that you have entered in the Education Section.

  • Click “Save for later”.
  • Re-enter just the Secondary School/College details and GCSE qualification.
  • Click “Submit”.

Hopefully this will resolve the issue. All other education information can be added after the application is submitted.
