we are changing the way you log in to your army account

The first time you log in you will be asked to change your password. We’ll email you a link which you can use to do this.

We’re also introducing two-stage authentication, which you may have seen before if you shop online, use online banking or some Government services. Each time you log in we will email or text you a one-time passcode (OTP) which is valid for 15 minutes. You have to enter the OTP to complete the login process.

Each OTP is valid for 24 hours, so if you log in again on the same device within that time, you won’t get another OTP.
