What has lockdown taught us about mental resilience?
From families and friends, to our education and jobs, lockdown presented challenges for everyone. However, with a third of Brits admitting that they have enjoyed the period of restrictions, it has also provided opportunities to assess what’s really important to our lives and our wellbeing.
For many, pressing pause on routine over the last five months has provided a much need period of self-reflection and allowed them to evolve, upgrade and become more confident in themselves. This episode takes a look at both sides of lockdown – the positives and the negatives and reflects on how we’ve all become more mentally resilient as a nation as a result.
