HOW DO ARMY APPRENTICESHIPS WORK?
The Army apprenticeship scheme is planned to fit around your military training, and will be relevant to your role in the Army. You will develop your literacy and numeracy skills as well as more specialist trade skills.
Your hard work will be rewarded with a Level 2 certificate (equal to 5 good GCSE passes). You could also go on to do a Level 3 apprenticeship (equal to 2 A Levels) and maybe even a Level 4 apprenticeship. These qualifications will be valued by employers when you decide to move on.
