Army life can be challenging, but it's not as daunting as you might think. As a Reservist you're supported all the way by your unit and you'll be training with like-minded people who will soon become friends. You'll also be paid and get to enjoy a range of benefits.
The Army will always respect that for a Reservist, their family life, and civilian jobs should always come first. This means that you'll never be put under pressure to spend all of your spare time with the Army. You can be as flexible as you like, knowing that you'll be rewarded for the time that you give.
DID YOU KNOW?
The Army supports sports for Reservists, and you can play team sports like football, rugby and hockey, or get involved in sports like orienteering, target shooting, skiing or polo.
